As Visitor Experience Coordinator, I had the chance to strengthen my skills in team management, communication, and leadership. I learned how to handle sometimes complex situations with calm, fairness, and rigour. Planning structured sessions, adapting my approach to meet the varied needs of participants, and creating a safe, respectful, and motivating environment were all key parts of my daily responsibilities.

This opportunity allowed me to work with a range of people—children, visitors, and educational teams—and to build a strong sense of teamwork as well as a true sense of responsibility.
